Do you know that the soldering on the other sockets was done correctly? It looks like there might have been damage from that. Solder flux maybe?
Follow Ups:
The amp worked fine for about a year, after last socket exchange. Then, started blowing fuses. Maybe, bad socket-pin contact lead to improper bias? Dunno, for sure.Amp popped fuses when standby switch was turned to amp-on. Did not pop fuses if in standby or 6L6GC's out of amp. EH 6L6GC tested fine on TT.
Will post the results, after I replaced the sockets today. Hopefully, it'll be ok.
Thanks, for the replies!

If the amp blows a fuse going out of standby, there are two possible conditions causing it. Either the current draw is too much overall, or the inrush current is causing it. The latter could be the case if caps were upgraded to increased values at the first filter stage. Make sure you're not using fast-blow fuses for starters, then examine all the voltages, especially the bias. If you have a tube tester, test the output tubes for shorts. Also, even if the caps are fresh, there could be a leaky one in the filter section causing too much current pull. Be patient and measure everything, and you'll find it.As to the sockets, if you need em, I've had good luck sourcing Fender parts from Angela Instruments. A tad pricey, but they ship fast, and they have sockets and parts that are a match for Fenders of all vintages.
