With the interstate transformer, why do you need R9, R10, and R12?
You could also try a plate choke en lieu of R6 and adjust R7 accordingly.

I'll make the change and run the simulation again
I like the idea of the plate choke, once I get the circuit close to a build, I'll experiment.
I tried this in my 2a3 last year and didn't hear any difference.Edit:

It seems it would need something custom to get good results.
Removing R9 made the amp go dead...

If that's true, something is wrong with the sim. R9 does nothing but consume signal power. Remove it and figure out why the amp isn't working.
