Does the output transformer provide some degree of PS filtration?
I'm thinking primary inductance may have a limited effect.
I have a 2000v rated SS bridge rectifier....what's the highest voltage I can feed it from the mains transfomer?
Thanks!

No.
Brief enough? :^)

1414 VRMS is 2000 V. peak. As a margin of safety is very much in order, 1200 VRMS is as high as I'd go and that's pushing things.
