I use Rubicon electrolytes (original, not repackaged), really good caps.
No different from comparable like Epcos or Panasonic.

Quite poor marketing text.
The only relief is that Rubicon makes high-quality products, repackaging is not likely to degrade them in any way.

Taking into account amount of marketing bluff (from product's site), sure for 99% that these are just repackaged items.
Just think about this - "specially developed foil" :-)
There is even NO datasheet whatsoever and no critical parameters listed like ESR ! Check Rubocon's original site and look how professional manufacturers work on planet earth.
