Are the new 6SN7s rated to handle as much voltage as the original GTA/B (450V)? Are Tung-Sol and EH essentially the same? What about the Russian 6N8S?

Yes on the Tung-Sol, look at the data here:
http://www.newsensor.com/TubeSpecification.aspx
On the EH I can't say 100% for sure but I believe so. NS does not have specs published for it, but based on experience I'd say it seems so.

They definitely sound different. But since they are both 6SN7s obviously there is some similarity. So I'd say no to your question, but that depends on what you consider "essentially".
"What about the Russian 6N8S?"
Sorry, I'm no help on that one - zero experience.
I hadn't visited the NS site in a long time. I see the Sovteks are rated on the Russian datasheet at 330V. Don't know how accurate that is, but I'll avoid that one (and it's possible twin, the 6N8S) for HV applications. Guess I should go for the Tung Sol when I need a robust 6SN7. I'll contact you for current pricing when the time comes. I've been tied up in other projects for more than a year now, and my shop is really torn apart. I'm hoping to get back on track within another month or two. Thanks for your help with this!

It appears that 90% of data sheets for current production are copied from old data sheets, rather than being the result of modern design or testing.
330v would in that case be the absolute maximum corresponding to a 300v design maximum.
Yes, that is often the case. However...
Having spoken to people at NS back when the tube was introduced - and testing I did myself - I'm quite confident the Tung-Sol works just fine at 450 volts.
