I have a shorted coupling cap to one of the tube so I figured it's time to change out all the hi-voltage ones.
I do have space constraint and all the Russian NOS Teflon seems quite large size wise. I would like to solder to the existing capacitor location on the pcb.
Let me research the solen.

I too would not use a styrene cap there.
They're rather sensitive to heat.
In addition to Solen's Teflon, check out their polyprop and tin foil. They're reasonable in price and size.
I decided to try out some 0.22 uf 250v rated k40y-9 for the interstage coupling caps. Some fanagling will be required to get them to fit. These are russian PIO surplus caps and gotten good reviews and they are only a couple of bucks each.
Also got some 0.22 uf k75y-10 400v rated paper and polyester in oil caps as well to try out.
These are realy big so we'll see.
I've rolled tubes but this is the first time i'm rolling caps. Lets see what's all the fuss about PIO.
