Thanks Stacy
I'm glad you understand and you always call which is good because I haven't been up on the emails and they have been getting dumped in spam for some reason but the whole forum has my phone number and that's how I found out about this..I wasn't supposed to lift after the surgery for 6 weeks and luckily I have help now but everyone has my phone number and I can't count the number of times I have given it out.

Hi Mike
Glad to hear you're coming along. I use gmail for email as does my wife and we never have any problems with it. You might give it a try. Once you're back on your feet, I'll send you the Portal Panache pictures per our email discussion. Take care and heal up. I'm now 2 months out from an emergency appendectomy and only now back on my feet and the lifting restrictions with these surgeries really are limiting. Hope you improve quickly.

I got a Gmail acct a few days ago and it's the same merccougar89.

Hernia surgery ... been there , done that a long time ago.
One week in the hospital and a 10 inch surgical scar.
No lifting or working out for 3 months.
Not a good time.
Get well soon,
DT 667
Thanks DT
No three months here and they let me go the same day..The incision is really hard and lumpy tho.

Take your time healing. There's no rush here.
I'm not supposed to lift anything over 10lbs for 6 weeks so I have been laid up and I'm switching emails because yahoo is putting regular stuff in spam and deleting it before I can see it and some I get and some I don't. I appreciate your concern Steve..It means a lot.

and don't lift anything over 10lbs. for 6 weeks or as long as it takes. I know I have had this exact same surgery. The last thing you want to do is hurt yourself again by rushing to pick something up over that restriction too soon and then be down even longer. Your health comes first always!
I will give you a call tomorrow my friend!
