I have been using the 10 microfarads {400 volts is the limiting factor here for me} instead of electrolytics...........they are made in Germany with a tolerance of plus/minus 3 percent and they are excellent.

Do you know if they are made in Germany or in China from German materials?

Made in Germany from Chinese Parts? Doubtful, Since Germany is fast becoming one of the most powerful economic engines in the world..............again.

Same here clean. I use them as electrolytic bypass but not for audio signal.
If the power supply waveform isn't pretty, neither is the sound in most cases.
Signal runs through the bypass caps .

Yes it does but,Im not using them for cathode bypass, only PS bypass and 60 and 120hz is what is running thru the them. If you have all kinds of audio riding on the PS caps, you have some pretty bad quality caps. I don't use the .1s and .22s bypasses in solens. Those I use strictly paper in oil and I use 5uf and above solen bypasses.
