Since apparently nobody else has responded to your query, I will try.
The lamps which you found inside your Tascam unit are more than likely incandescent types.
If you can, use a voltmeter to try and take measurements to see what voltage is being fed to them. You will also need to figure out the current draw requirement.
You can also contact Tascam online for further assistance.
As far as the lubricant on the other controls is concerned, you should only use a lubricant designed for electronic / mechanical applications. Radio Shack also sells a Teflon-based one in a clear tube, which I have used on some of my gear.
Experiment and do the necessary research to find proper answers to the issue regarding those lamps, but they are quite commonly found in many Japanese tape recorders and such.
