Yup. There's a program like DVD Audio Creator that will author them for you. I made one as an experiment, and was surprised that one of my cheapest nastiest DVD players recognized it.

I couldn't find Sonic's "DVD-Audio Creator" at their site; maybe it's obsolete, but Cirlinca is still active, and has functional demos that'll let you burn up to 5 DVDs. Whether you can author more than that and burn with another application, I don't know. If it's legal on your planet, copies of Sonic DVD Audio Creator can probably be found on peer-to-peer networks.
