Incorrect feedback entered by the AA system

Hello,

I received feedback dated 6/4/09 for an item sold, but I was not given an opportunity to return some feedback for the buyer. The system automatically entered the same feedback I provided to the buyer back on 11/11/08. Can the 11/11/08 feedback be removed so I can enter a new feedback statement?

Strangely, the system also removed the record of the feedback for the 11/11/08 transaction that we had completed.
