Curious how the ADS L10 sounds to you now in comparison with others.

The ADS L10 is basically an older style L400, circa 1982.
The ROR studio monitors (circa, 1973) image better, but do not have the bass response that the ADS speakers do.
The Dynaco A10s were modded with newer 1" Vifa soft domes, and the Xovers were rebuilt with modern Poly film caps.
MUCH better high frequency response now, but still lacking a little in the bass department compared to the ADS L10s.
I'm running a homebrew 6BQ7A/6L6GC SEUL integrated tube amplifier, that puts out around 8-9 wpc.
More than enough power to get quite loud, in my little 10' x 10' music room.

Thanks.
I was a great lover of ADS speakers in the early seventies but did not buy one. Big mistake.
Cheers
