I will make sure there is an EQ and thanks. Yes the 15 may be too big. But I was looking at the sealed Sgnature 12". Most importantly I do need to fit it to my room and setup properly.
Like I said I really tried using REL's site. These companies should have a suggestion option linked DIRECTLY to the company that bypasses the webmaster. So many of these companies have very poorly designed sites that actual deter potential sales. When you're dropping big bucks "flash" isn't what sells it. You want to see "why is this better than our competitor". Not some model and no stereo in sight.
Follow Ups:
I recently bought a pair of Rythmik Signature 12" subwoofers and I am very pleased with them. The diaphragms of these Rythmik 12" subwoofers actually measure only 9" in diameter, though. Correspondingly, Thiel labels the woofers in my CS3.7 speakers as 10" woofers but their diaphragms measure only 7.5" in diameter. However, these Rythmik 12" subwoofers sound absolutely awesome and they integrate seamlessly. Moreover, you get a 10% discount when you buy a pair of subwoofers.
I wish those silver cones on those subs wouldn't look so much like
the silver coned junk white van PA speakers I've delt with. I hope
to get over it....if I heard your subs, I think I would pretty quick.
If you don't like silver buy the black aluminum cones and save $50. I wanted silver to match my Thiel's.
So my driver is black.
