I would but I had 3 separate links.
Best,

use simple HTML tags to imbed as many links as you want.
Substitute " <" for "(" and "> " for ")" in my examples.
(a href="http://somewebsite.com.)Enter optional title here(/a)
You can imbed pictures similarly. The HTML tag is "img src="
BTW, did you read the edit to my post about comparing 16/44 vs 24/96 recordings of the same content? I'm curious as to which recordings you compared at different resolutions to arrive at your conclusions.
When I'm better and in less of a brain fog I'll refer back, in the mean time I'll just promise not to post any more links. :)
Best,
Erik

That certainly isn't my intent. I just wanted to pass along a useful tip I learned soon after becoming an inmate here. :)
I remain, however, curious as to which recordings you've compared in different resolutions for which you cannot detect any improvement. If nothing else than to avoid those!
That's a different thread altogether, but if you are talking about MQA vs. not, see any of the files at 2L.no
Click on the "test bench" button at the top.
I also learned I dislike almost everything on that site. :)
I did actually hear some differences, however based on my experience doing the snake-oil-roundabout before, and my own background, they seemed much more like mastering differences than any sort of benefit of the format itself.
My standard is something along the lines of Dolby A,B or C. All of these were clearly measurably and subjectively different than not using them. I won't search for improvements with a microscope and tweezers.
Best,
Erik

I'm not. Click here for the reference as to how "the Mytek fixed Redbook".
I'm curious as to which CDs vs higher resolution recordings did you compare to arrive at that conclusion?
Ahh, sorry.
I was not able to directly compare a CD to high rez.
However, I can say I no longer hear the benefits of the high rez recordings.
They all sound equally good to my ears.
Unlike my previous dac, the ARC DAC 8, which always played significantly better with 96/24.
My current DAC, the Brooklyn, plays ALL formats better than the DAC 8 did at it's best.
Best,
Erik
