the audax pr170mo is considered one of the best midrange of all time in some diy circleMY friend use one in his three way and Ive used them in my diy three way for 2 years. they can be used successfully from 300hz third order xo and can go as high as 4-5khz. they measured ridiculously flat, ruler flat actually from 400 to 4khz. very transparent, amazing tone, very efficient. you cant go wrong and the best midrange for high efficiency applications.

Thanks you very much for responding. I too have this employed in a three way. I felt it was fairly amazing sounding. Not having anything to compare it too, as there are no hi fi stores in my town, I just wanted to know what people thought of it. Appreciate you input, thanks, Matthew.
