Derek Hughes has had a hand in a number of recent redesigns of BBC speakers, both with Graham Audio and Stirling Broadcast.
He did the Stirling LS3/5a V2 crossover.
Which begs the question... what's the diff between these 'Chartwells' and the Stirling? Same designer, same driver companies - seas and volt.
I'm thinking this 'it's an LS3/5, not an LS3/5a' is totally b.s. because the LS3/5 drivers haven't been available for 40 years and still aren't.
At the end of the day this is just another re-engineering. And I have no problems with that, the Stirling, for example, is a great little speaker.
But how is this different?

You know the answer. You have to listen. Take a short vacation in Devon, UK. It is a delightful area with many tourist lodgings. Lydford-on-Fosse in Somerset (Stirling) is only about a 1.5 hour drive from Newton Abbot in Devon (Graham).
