The new Paradigm Concept 4Fs with beryllium tweeter and midrange and look at those woofer drivers:
Follow Ups:
Interesting , would love to hear them .........
The idea of vibration cancelling is not new.
It is also in a Bose computer speaker for two passive radiators.

Maybe the tech will trickle down to us mere mortals or we can build one? Even at the 20-22K noted elsewhere, it's a fantasy speaker for most of us.

Even if the drivers were available to DIY'ers, the cost would still be prohibitive.
The universe is made of electrons, protons, neutrons, and morons.
As Thomas Kuhn would say, "What we have here is a paradigm shift!"
...estimated price $20 to $22,000.
If they are close to $20 I am going to get 2 pairs!
...and at $22,000, for $20 you'll get a footer :)
I'm sure that the neighbors in the floor below will appreciate that. Not too many apartment dwellers outside of Manhattan can afford such speakers, but hey... It's the thought that counts. All kidding aside, if there is any truth to the idea that lingering vibrations can affect the behavior of crossover components and/or the drivers themselves, then Paradigm may have produced a winning design.

But WOW!!!! I would give my right @#$ to hear those!!!!
Those are an amazing looking set of drivers. How they sound will all come out in the wash so to speak.
