Right, So I have taken a look at the options given.
KEF LS50 They seem to do the job, but they could go little lower in the bass frequencies also they are quite expensive...A good option nevertheless.
Looked into the Tannoy DC stuff and found reasonably prices DC6TSE. Amazon says they are on sale, but that is bullshit, goes for around 500-600£. People say they sound good with good vocals, sounds stage and the rest. Not trying to go into detail here much, but this be the pick at the given moment.
I would love to get some old speakers, those are the best. Hard to find and the state of them varies.
Won't be ordering any speakers outside UK as the larger the box goes the more you pay just to get them.
Also I should probably look into recievers/amps...Well that kinda stuff...
That being said, I did get sidetracked a little by ordering AKG K7XX from massdrop. And I don't have any amps that don't color sound, so looking into 1 way of connecting everything would be the best way to go. Speakers at the back and headphones at the front. Sounds simple great list of options. If I would get those Tannoy's I would be able to get an amp up to 300-500£. For both the speakers and my headphones.
Since my little sidetrack and opportunities presented to me at this time. I will wait till july before ordering anything so as much as I appreciate the help and thank you for it, I will still need some. :)
Follow Ups:
I'm use the Monitor Audio RX2 with a Marantz PM8004 in my workshop. These speakers have a decent 8" woofer. They actually do produce a good amount of ACTUAL bass.
I do believe you can get them in the UK as well.

I dont know what the used market websites are in the UK, but I would find if I were you and see what's available.
