Banging on a galvanized washtub with a rubber mallet might cost you more than $200 nowadays.
Alternatively, a used Dayton Audio subwoofer might do the trick...

The new ones don't have HP filters the old ones are hard to find used.The speakers are a gift for my son to start him down the path. I suppose I could just give him a mallet.

This Dayton sure looks like it has outputs you request and below $200
It looks like the best sub for the $ and I will probably get it and tack on a DIY high pass filter
