Other than CL, Audiogon, Canuck or ebay?
Looking to spend less than $200 for some stands for my Tannoy Autographs.
B&W STAV-24s (new) are looking pretty good right now for $150. Wouldn't mind something similar by Target Audio or Foundation.

i bought a pair from of the 24 inchers and they really are the catsass. noticeably heavier than my previous ones and i immediately could hear the whole image and sound tighten up.
they actually cost more than the speakers i placed on them (pioneer bs22s which sound better than they should for the money). later, after i finish a period with my MMGs (which have custom stands that place them vertically and eight inches up from the floor). then it will be the spendor s3/5s for a while.
back to the pangeas...they are very sturdy and massive and anchor to the floor nicely. just what they should do for the job and are definitely priced right.

:-)!IIRC 24 inch stands will be necessary to get them at the right height!

They are deceivingly small. Trying to find a stand they will not look out of place on.
IMO a piece of Duct tape will stick 'em to a wall.
Autographs? My Posterior! that's just a salesman's joke on the naive.
