Typically, no soldering as the tabs are already attached to the VC. The usual procedure is to remove the screws that hold the front plate to the magnet assembly, lift off the plate, remove the VC/Dome, drop in the new VC/dome, reposition the front plate, secure with screws.

Many have been made for fool proof alignment of voice coil by having locating tabs on the voice coil assembly.
Some tweeters do not (Scan Speak 2905 - 9xxx series as example).
In your case the voice coil is attached to the face plate, couldn't be simplier UNLESS the Opera used a non standard sized face plate.
Madisound is where I did see the replacement.
The replacement is coming from England-$135.
If it's just the voice coil-$35. Probably will get one and try to save it.
