Hi guys, I am new to this site and have never used a forum site in my life. I am an audio lover and have collected all sorts of gear for the last 10 yrs and hope to keep it going. I always have questions about my equipment and hope to hear back from some of you seasoned pros just to let me know that whenever I need some help with something there will be a few responces. Thanks so much guys.

Be sure to use the search feature as it will give you access to years of past discussions. I find that most of the time that I think of a question I contemplate asking in a post, a search for the key terms ends up answering the question. It is a wonderful resource.
(See below.)
Welcome to the Asylum, Arthur. You'll find plenty of helpful folks here. Of course, this being a hobby about which people are passionate, you'll sometimes see spirited debates without clear resolution, too.
One useful feature you should be aware of is the search function (look for the "Find:" box near the upper right-hand corner of each page). This searches past forum entries and is your access to years and years of discussions. Often, if you have a question and want a quick answer, you can find it by searching.
All the best,
-Bob
Welcome!
I think I might even "newbier" than you! Maybe a good way of introducing yourself could be letting us know what are your preferences and what are your prefered systems . A good idea is to check out the FAQ section of the forums.
