I am thinking about some good speakers for the combination with Lamm ML2.1
Are some owners out there who have some experience to share?

Thanks, I wonder about Wilson WP series?
Anyone listened to that combination?

The Avalons, (Eidolon or Isis), the Merlins, or the Karma....
You're going all out, I say rock the house. I'm a fan of the Wilsons, but find them overdampened and a touch sterile in some non-live rooms; plus, - I prefer Wilsons when they're really driven hard by a lot of current.
Disclosure: I'm a Merlin owner.

Yes, sometimes I have (had) the same impression, (specially with the WP 6 and 7), but anyway, I had a chance to listen the ML2.1 to a high efficiency Spaker System (8 ohms with around 97 or 99dB) and honestly, the difference was not sublte compared to 8 ohm and 92 or 93dB.
I am lost lost, I heard the Air moving and the echoes, which came back from the walls etc. Really something special.

Not sure about the Puppies - I don't think so; but the larger ones appear to be a good fit (Wilson Audio X-2 Alexandria) according to Oneobgyn on AudiogoN. Out of your price range no doubt (and most humans too).
You could check with Oneobgyn as he may have some advice for you about pairing Wilsons and the Lamm.

Geoff
I'm not a Lamm owner but I have heard their UK agent IES demonstrate the ML2.1 to sublime effect with WB Arcs and with others from the range. It completely changed my opinion on the WBs which I had not favoured previously.
Bliss!
"Your liver suffers dearly now for youthful magic moments...so rock on completely with some brand new components"
that he ruthlessly smashed at the end of the show".........
Interesting combo, - I'd love to hear the Lamms with those horns....
