I recently aquired an older 2W and am eager to experiment with integrating it into my system. I do have the WX-2 variable crossover, but no original documentation.
The current documentation for the 2Wq available from the vandersteen website says to use "the chart on the bottom of the WX-2" to set the dip switches. Sadly, there is no chart on my WX-2 (inside or out).
Pictures of the WX-2 I have are here:

I'm also interested in the possibility of building my own high pass filters with the InfiniCaps. I've seen some discussion of this in the archives, but no real information. Does anyone have pointers?
Thanks!
Kris
Follow Ups:
In case anyone else needs this information in the future, here are the settings (at least for this version of the WX-2).
The dip switches are 1-8, and the ones noted below are in the ON position.
200KOhm : None
100KOhm : 4 8
50KOhm : 3 7
33KOhm : 3 4 7 8
20KOhm : 2 6
15KOhm : 2 3 4 6 7 8
10KOhm : 1 5
5KOhm : 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
For the custom filters I know Keith Lockwood has made some...he can be found by doing a search in the Speaker Asylum. They are leaps and bounds better than the wx-2 and x2 filters. See if you can email him through this site. If not send me an email.
