That price is definately per pair. Brian at Audio Note Kits can also give you lots of info re the construction, Audio Note Kits can be found on the AA home page. I'll also encourage Chris B. the builder of my speakers to share some of his builders' 'play by play'.
I congratulate you on generating such an interesting, thoughtful and jargon-free review. It's clear you've put a lot of effort into articulating your response to these speakers. Very well done.
With kind regards.
The review involved a lot of detail that I tried to take pains to include.
However, the other day I realized I omitted to pay credit to the actual speaker builder- Chris of Soundhounds here in Victoria-and so am rectifiying this here. Chris did a fine job, one that I certainly could not have attempted! Also, I wanted to expand my reference to Lou Reda the audio designer, also of Victoria. Lou not only experiments with using plastic in applications such as speaker stands but builds custom project tube and hybrid amps, speakers, cables, and modifies tonearms as well as turntables.
See my review on the AN TT2 for some discussion re his work on TT2 mods.
