the following person is selling on audiogon and probably on more sites.
his id there is oldyeller1998
his email addresses are: oldyeller1998@gmail.com and brandon.janusaitis@nov.com
His name is Brandon Janusaitis he is from Texas.
He says he works for an oil company and travels all over the world, but I found out he got fired there...

then I fully agree this scammer should be made public loud and clear and would be deserving of negative feedback. Fact is the OBs post would likely get more exposure here on GA than on Shady.
I once had a winning bidder on Ebay that disappeared after winning the auction. I reported it to Ebay and they said if he did it again they might take action. I guess it was okay to do it once or twice before they would intervene.
Audiogon and like sites depend on participants being ethical and honest. Scammers only serve to
undermine the integrity of the service.
Wrong forum. This should be in Shady.
This is the Wrong Forum dump, Wendell. Things don't seem to get moved until someone alerts the mod.
And then that depends on the Forum and the mod. Vinyl, for instance, rarely if ever relocates anything.

He bought from me and quickly paid. Good emailer too. No problem w/Karman Family here.

I don't post much.
What I do is buy and sell on here, that is my pass time, my fun and hobby.
I think I have had the pleasure dealing with about 50 good people here and had awesome and smooth transactions with them.
On audiogon I have built up pretty good feedback in the 10 months that I have been actively hobbying there under the same name as here.
And on eBay (I was there for a long time before I found these wonderful sites) I collected over 800 feedback under gabimarikarman. I do have one bad feedback from an impatient first time buyer...
So I think that from those experiences I can say that this guy that I am talking about was out for easy money.
I have had deals gone bad before, but that were too good to be true deals where I just have it a shot... I never complained about any of them...
.
He's only been a member for a little over 2 weeks. How long ago did you pay for this thing and how long has it been since you haven't heard from him. I have no idea what happened here but bad things do happen to good people that cause them to stop communicating for a while. Maybe somebody important to him died and he's dealing with that, maybe he was in a bad accident, maybe he's a scumbag, but 2 weeks isn't a very long time to wait.
Was this perhaps a deal that seemed too good to be true?
.
The guy got fired from an oil company, you say?
This impacts his sales how?
Has he sold and failed to deliver on goods, or faked a listing, or something?
If you are going to accuse somebody of something, being unemployed doesn't exactly qualify as scandalous.
What has he done wrong?
He stopped communicating after I paid.
He did not deliver the goods.
The rest of the info is to make sure he won't scam again.
Losers that scam should be made public as extensive as possible!

Ok...
He lied about where he worked, he was fired long ago.
He lied about where he was, he was in Paris, but replied emails saying he was having lunch while it was 7pm there...
It was a decent deal, I have bought way better ones.
He replied emails real fast, until I paid.
When I opened a dispute on Paypal he gave them a fake tracking number. That proves he isn't dead, dead people can't reply disputes and make up a tracking number.
I see you have left him negative feedback.

Yes and I received a refund.
He's still a lowlife though...
Another Audiogon scammer!
