block the s section hit Control-V, then make your post here and hit Control-C

  Block the text, press Ctrl-C to Copy it, then Ctrl-V to paste it into the new document...

        Put the mouse on the original letter
        
        Right click
        
        Hit select all
        
        Right click again.
        
        Hit copy
        
        Go to the new letter
        
        Right click
        
        Hit paste
        
        You are done
