Yes, sounds about right to me. With cap input you'd expect around .65 to .7 of the secondary HV so at 440v secondary, that would put your 45 plate at about 280 to 300. And we'd likely expect the circut set up to have about 1/2 B+ on the driver, so 140 or so on the 6SN7 plate.
