I think you will benefit greatly from bass traps in corners, plus absorber panels on the side-wall and ceiling reflection points. This is the standard "first line" treatment strategy, and it will get you at least 90 percent of the way there.

Does it matter that my ceilings are sloped? Wouldn't ceiling treatment be less effective in this situation?
That slope is not much of a factor, but the height is. At that high you may not need to worry about early reflections, especially if the ceiling is 10 feet or higher above your ears while listening. But you still would benefit from bass traps up there in the wall-ceiling corners. And I imagine the room has a lot of echoes too, just due to the sheer volume and having so much reflective surface.
