Does anyone know who makes a good hush box for a ceiling mounted projector other than whisperflow?

I make designs for them often that any good carpenter could make. I've got a deadline for three next week! The basic principles are easy to understand and the materials are cheap except for the optical glass.I could give you a couple of tips. Let me know more about the room, projector and placement (basically everything) if you want to construct one.

Thanks for all the help. I have attached those pics of my room.
Im using the Sony VPL-HS20 projector and Sony PSS-610 projector suspention support.
The bottom of the projector is 1' from the ceiling. The distance from the front of the projector - to were the cables bend out from behind the projector to snake into the ceiling is about 18.25". The projector itself is about 13.6" wide but with the cables wrapping up the side to enter the ceiling it adds about another 2" of with.Heres a link with more accurate specs.

Let me know what other info you need.

p.s. I tried to send you a pic so you could see I did take your advise and bought some B.A.D panels 4" thick.
I bought the curved ones, but now wish I would have bought the normal flat ones for behind my couch. Would these curved bad panels work well on the side wall reflections?
Im getting pretty good results with 4 RPG skylines under my projector screen. Cleans up the vocals and voices alot. Just wish I could hide the damn things some how.I tried to email pics to you and it didnt work. Do you have a email address you can send to me for the pictures?
I've ben out of town and just recieved your pictures. Unfortunately, I had about 150 emails in a day and a half Outlook locked up and crashed. I saw but could not save your pictures before Outlock closed. Please recend them to me. Sorry.I know exactly what you mean about the curved BAD panel but we can fix them easily (make them sound better). Do not use them at the first reflection point flat againts the wall! You've go lots of good toys to play with. I have a couple of things you could try.
How much sound do you want to eliminate? Can you vent hot air ot of the room or does it need to be returned to the room?
Dgainer,
Im sending you a email with some pics of my room.
I almost forgot..........my room is 14'9" X 13' X 7'5".
