Opened the unit and nothing is visually fried/blown. All PCB traces are solid.
This is the Rev D version of the UO and 5 of the 6 Transient voltage suppression diode's measure as shorted. D3 Transient voltage suppression diode measures open which indicates it's still good as compared to a new 1.5KE36CA Transient voltage suppression diode.Question is can 5 of the 6 Transient voltage suppression diode's, which are connected in series with D3 in the middle, be internally fried and one survive?
Thanks in advance,
Ken

If the Tranzorbers die it's usually a direct short which is what it sounds like. You should send it back for repair.
Thanks Paul. I've already purchased 6 1.5KE36CA TVSD's and will replace
them all and go from there.
I just found it odd that 5 of the 6 TVSD's were shorted with D3, which is in the middle of the series connected components, still good but I've seen stranger things in electronics.
Thanks again,

Nice. Well done!
Replaced all 6 TVSD's and we are back in business.
Cheers,
