Just curious, why is the output voltage on the PPP 120v and on the P500 117v?
Also, a friend of mine owns a PPP and he was supposedly told by someone at PSA that a setting of 110v was perfect. It is of course possible he misunderstood, but is there any disply setting that should be set to 110V?
There's really not a big difference between 117 and 120 - not to be a smart Alec - but 117 gives plenty of room to the regenerator to work and 120 slightly less depending on the incoming AC. We changed because of customer feedback. Many people asked that we simply make it 120.
Am I correct, you would not want to set the output @ 110V?
Also, should I experiment with my P500 and see (hear) whether the unit sounds better outputting 120V?
I think most equipment sounds best between 117 and 120. I run all mine at 120.
