And what about the link regarding Telarc choosing a new AD converter after blind testing compared to their old one? Seems they definitely heard a difference...enough to make a big financial investment.

Indifference to sound quality abounds in the recording industry so I am glad to see someone still cares.

It's an anecdote the website of the manufacturer selling the product in question, without even the most basic details (such as whether the test was double blind, or how many trials were performed).
