Bill- I'm asuming that the DR15 lower cutoff is due to horn size, as opposed to driver chioce? I had thought to relocate the vents to the panel where the tweeters would have been. Yes, I was already considering the Tuba 36 to sate my curiosity about your brand of horn-loading! BTW, do you have path length data for your horns for time-alignment purposes?

Yes. The DR15 is horn loaded to about 100Hz, below that operating as bass reflex. The vent can go on that panel. Tuba 30 for instance is horn loaded to 45 Hz, direct radiator for an octave below that. Time align is roughly a ms per foot of horn length. With subs don't lose sleep over it, in the non-directional frequencies you can't hear less than 25ms. With DR15 to align with HF elements 3ms.
BTW, if you go with the DR15/T36 combination save yourself some work and don't vent the DR15. Crossed over at 80 Hz or higher it will work better with a sealed rear chamber.
