I hope you are using some type of phono preamp between the turntable and the HHB to compensate for the RIAA EQ. curve.
Tacking your albums in a thin layer of distilled water during the recording process will help eliminate clicks, pops, and a whole bunch of surface noise.

Yes I am using one of the pre-amp outputs to feed into the HHB (I have a choice of RCA or Balanced). I will try the distilled water trick this weekend...........
