I'd be interested to learn, but after looking at your website - I think I'd make a mess of things.Would tweaking a cheap enclosure be an alternative? Like I mentioned, I'm interested in getting a resolving sound on the piano. I'd like the sound to be detailed enough to inspire me.
When I tried a friends EV speakers, it sounded so ... muddy. I remember unplugging my Keyboard from the mixer and voicing it through a high powered (but cheap) ministereo during practices.
Sigh.

If you need good fidelity and still have it loud enough for live gigging aside from DIY there is no cheap way out. Upgrading wiring and connectors is a waste of money, it's the drivers, crossover and total cabinet that either delivers quality or not. The advantage to DIY is you get the drivers and components without paying dealer profit and the labor is free. The alternative is to buy the best you can afford and be sure to try before you buy.
