started arguing that he wanted to move this mic over here
and unplug that mic etc and got in my face about it
I said hey listen ive been doing this for two f$%^&* days
and im burnt and havnt had a break and I dont need you given me any crap about this!! (I wanted to rip his head off with a smile)
The mics stay plugged into the stands they are on and you move
the stands and ajust them accordingly for yourself
Thats the only way your gonna keep your monitors and tone
settings for each mic in the ballpark for yourself.
Basically I layed the law to the kid and he had that whiney
cry baby spoiled musician look on his face cause his chicky
poo was in the audience and he had that wasnt gettin his way look
hehe....
Out of all the acts and they were top notch this guy was the only
one that gave me a hard time. All of them were very good to work
with and were very happy with the setup
You have to spell out the law to the promoter before the show and
explain that in order to get it right you have to have it this way
Most of them will bend for you
