Your comment about the higher priced speakers is discouraging. I have seen where Altec is now producing a copy of the A7, but they are 10 Grand. I think Van Shweikert and Pass are also producing high effic. speakers, but again very high priced. Total hype? Dunno, but way above what I will pay at this time.
