  Thank-you for your replies! I took the amp to a good local tech and he re-calibrated the bias and clean all the contacts and relays inside the amp and has it working perfect! $40.00 CAD and I am bac in business!!

  Check the impedance of the load you have connected to it first to make sure it's not too low(below 2ohms). If that's OK, then most likely the bias is out of adjustment for that channel, or the components that regulate the bias are damaged or out of spec. Any good tech should be able to handle this one. Try to get a service manual from Bryston. It's always easier to do things with a road map.

    the speakers i am using are an 8 ohm load and the left channel of the amp heats up quickly with the amp sitting idol!
