First of all I ahve been in professional audio for close to 25 years and have noticed RBP has been here and is no longer participating.
From reading the archives; not only do I find RBP's info helpful, accurate and informative, I also find that some have a dislike of his posts'.
I found nothing bad with Him and looked forward to reading His replys.
Is something political going on here?
Curious why someone wants to give some knowledge and be shut out.
I also noted that certain inmates have been questioning RPB's writings.
I guess RBP knew the writers personally and the questioners wanted to expose what was going on. I am interested how someone as knowledgeable as RPB could have left this forum because someone doubts his words.
He is Sorely missed.
I emailed Him and have received no answer.
Anyone have a new email on RBP?

I'm going to offend someone I know, but I'm fed up with reading arse kissing posts about RPB. Yeah sure the guy has some good points to make, but so do many others in this forum. The problems you refer too (and I have read many previous postings in this forum) was that a poster, quite legitimately asked RPB to substansiate claims about his work. This he refused (and he had every right to). However most of us don't make claims about our work, and if we do, I think its fair to say we would furnish the details.
If you have a question, post it in the forum, and I'm sure that you will get much advice. If its RPB's advice you seek email him, or get his phone number (after all he is a commercial studio owner) and I'm sure he will happily provide his services. If you want to brown nose, do it elsewhere. I have no axe to grind against RPB, but its slightly insulting, to read comments that imply the rest of us professionals who do assist with comments on this board, don't know our job. I am an audio professional in the uk with 22 years in the trade. I specialize in mastering for CD, and have a broad background in both studio and live sound. Many others here, also have similar experience.

Is it just a coincidence, or should you stop capitalizing Him, His etc. when writing about RBP...just seemed weird, ya know?

  Ya know what's even more weird? RBP, himself, is the only poster on AA to consistently capitalize those words in exactly the same way as the original post in this thread. Quite an astonishing "coincidence," eh? I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm LMAO.

    I noticed another strange coincidence in MamaDog's message. Who else consistently writes His messages in one-sentence paragraphs?
    It is a very unusual style of writing.
    And the Spelling!!!
    Could this be More than a coincidence?
    I think we need an FBI Profiler to have a look at this. Very odd!
