I have been thinking about selling my Yamaha JA6681B driver, but I don't know what it is worth. Furthermore, there is no reference to any price base that I can find on the internet. Any input would be well appreciated.
I'm in a similar situation. I have *A* brand new, never even been connected, Altec 290-4G that I bought for a project idea back in about 1977. Yes, *one* driver. I don't really care about selling it, though. Maybe someday I'll mate it up to a horn and startle the crap out of the entire neighborhood. lolAnyway, about your driver...
First of all, regarding it's value, it's worth what somebody is willing to pay for it. Second, wrt marketing it, you might inform local sound contractors, small/medium churches, and other folks who might use it in a simple single-point source reinforcement system, that it's available. There is the issue of suitable horn mating, but that's their problem. ;)

There is someone on Kansas Craigslist selling one of those drivers
Hard to find someone looking for one driver
Looks like finding a diaphragm for that driver is nill unless
another diaphragm will fit that driver
I did read Meyer sound used those compression drivers and there is
something to be said about that
Good luck
