Hi, Stephen:
Worst case, you might try locating and then contacting John Curl, whom I believe may have designed that product.
John designes many products which are manufactured under the Parasound name, particularly the large power amplifiers for home theater. They are quite state-of-the-art.
Good luck to you!

Follow Ups:
I would be VERY surprised if John would do little more than refer Stephen to Parasound's customer service department. What, now he's going to be their chief technical support person and receptionist, too?
Call Parasound customer service, get the info for a repair facility or two, and move on with fixing your amp. This should be the obvious path. I know you were looking for a site/tech recommendation, but since that's not working out,...
Hi, inmate51!
I could just ask John, since he happens to live somewhere nearby. I often see him in our local favorite Chinese restaurant, Lily's, over on Hopkins Street in da 'hood.
