Hello to all, I am currently putting together a system for my small church.
I am wondering is it possible to daisy-chain mixers?
Pls keep in mind that I am a total newbie to this side of the Asylum
and I find advice at the local Guitar Center to be variable at best.
Currently, we are using an old Peavey Stereomaster mixer/amp.
This will be replaced with a recently purchased Yamaha MG 10/2 mixer and a Crown Com Tech 410 amp.
A 2nd Crown amp will also be purchased, hence the need for a 2nd set of outputs as there is only one set on the Yamaha.
Speakers are Peavey 215r Dual 15in Monitors and Squire 8 inch monitors. The Hall size is 35' x 50' with 20' A shaped ceilings.
Any sugestions?

Yes. Line-level outputs and inputs don't care who they're connected to. Just keep the output of one at an appropriate level so it doesn't overload the input of the next one.
What, is the "performance" or input requirements? Certainly you can daisy-chain mixers. Many have a "bus insert" just for that purpose. I use a second mixer just for stage and insert ear monitoring at our church. We can have as many at 20 channels of input, we send out a record bus for video recording and a mono main PA mix and balcony fill.
