  I just purchased one and Auto EQ'd in dual mono mode. After I got that set up, I was curious on what the compare function did, so, I pressed 'Compare' - it asked me to select a module for comparison. I selected the 'GEQ' button on the front panel. It provided a display of the difference between the Left settings and the Right settings.
