Looking at speaker building projects for bass guitar cabs. The ones over at Bill Fitzmaurice's site look very interesting. His site was kind of hard to find before I came to this forum, and I haven't found much else. Any other places that I should have a look at?

IMHO, for bass guitar diy, there is none better than Fitz. You can use winisd to model your own speaker cab based on your favorite driver, or hornresp to design your own horn, but results probably wont be as good as what can be built using his plans. I find Bill's forum to be very honest and polite, unlike other similar sites I have visited. Bill's agenda seems obvious, he wants to sell you plans for next to nothing, that could potentially save you thousands.
I agree, building some bins later this week. The support on his forum is beyond excellent. I cannot agree with you more. If he's on this forum, this forum must be good also. Getting into sound reforcement and glad I found this cite.
