These are files that are stored inside of '.cab' files, which are similar to '.zip' files. These are packaged for installations and are not executable in this form. My opinion is that you don't need to bother with these files... they aren't running and aren't accessable to Windows without an running an install program.

I dont quite get ur point..??? Those options show up when ur trying to delete which file(s)??? Deleting .dll or .drv files are as simple as deleting any other file for that matter. Are u trying to delete them to the Recycle Bin or do u wanna move them to a Temporary location? Either way, the options u are getting will show up only when u right-click on a file & have something like WinZip or WinRar installed.. A deletion is straightforward. Just Right-click & delete. Or am i missing something from what ur trying to ask????
Jolida,If you use Windows' Search to find files, it will show you the ones inside of '.cab' files too. These are the ones that will give you the option of "extract" or "compress" when you try to move them.
And as I mentioned above, they can be ignored.
