Do you use a Bufallo DAC?

If yes, try buffering C11 and C12 each with a low esr cap.
This tweak did help to get rid of 'metallic' sound

no I want to get a buffalo but not until I solve my issue. right now I'm listening to juli@ analogue outs. I have a benchmark dac.
