  Do you mean a DAC with an Optical input and an Word Clock output?
  
  These are a few that came to mind, maybe there are more:
  
  1. Esoteric DACs
  2. dCS Scarlatti
  3. EMM DACs (only ST glass)
  4. Prism Sound DA-2 & Orpheus
  5. Digital Audio Denmark AX24 equipped with the stereo AES-SPDIF module.
