Thanks for the suggestions. Many of those wires are gnd wires for Synergistic cables ,Tranquility Bases, and UEF Gnd block.

It doesn't matter what the cables are. Sound wire routing and dressing 'optimises' your system and Soundchekk is right.
Please share images of your system components so that we might learn what an optimized system looks like.
I DO NOT have an optimised system, only one that I can get the best SQ out off. This in my case means the most minimalized OS I can use, with the best computer hardware and power supply I can find.
I thought I was doing the same thing. Ok, the word "optimize" is the issue. So what is the definition that you apply to this word?
