I'd use dBPowerAmp for either LAME MP3 or FLAC.
What quality are the WMA's? If relatively low quality like 128kbps, then I'd be very happy to convert to 192kbps MP3 to ensure not likely going to be noticing anything awry. There will always be a bit of temporal blurring going from lossy to lossy.
Going to FLAC of course is as good as it gets if you don't mind the size...

They are mostly 192kbps... space isnt an issue, just go with .flac via some program that I already have like Jriver and call it a day?

Sounds good Shane. FLAC's good...
Another option to consider if you want to get more fancy is LAME with VBR-0 which lets the machine decide. It'll likely average around 220kbps MP3 or so.
